What is your store hours?

We are available Monday-Friday. Please allow 24 hours for us to get back with you. We will work hard to respond even faster when we can.

What is your shipping timeframe?

All products are shipped in 3-5 Business Days. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your item ships.

What is the quality of your products?

Our items are hand picked to ensure the highest quality. If you are not happy with your purchase- please contact us right away at contact@gravies.shop so we can fix it.

What if I need to return an item?

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. So we offer a 30 day refund policy. All items must be unused, unworn, and in it's original package. If you would like to start a return, please email us atcontact@gravies.shop.

We will let you know where to send your item. Any items returned without contacting us first will not be refunded. 

If your item is damaged or flawed, please let us know immediately so that we can make it right.
